At 15" this full strand rondelle faceted Labradorite, is a neutral classic, clasped with a sterling silver clasp. Labradorite is a feldspar mineral found in Canada, Russia and Finland. Labradorite captures the spectrum of colors and in Finland they named this stone Spectrolite, as it seemed to capture every shade of the spectrum. Labradorite has always been connected to mysticism and shamantic rituals. There is an Inuit story about a warrior that saw that Aurora had been trapped in a piece of stone and he took his spear to the rock to set her free. Labradorite is said to support the clearing of anxiety, stabilize our mood and calms monkey mind ( fight or flight ). Labradorite is connected to both the third eye chakra and the throat chakra.
